Yes. Each device is checked, cleaned, and delivered with the operating system reinstalled. It is ready to use upon receipt.

What is the difference between refurbished and used?

- A used product is sold as is, without thorough inspection.
- A refurbished device is tested, cleaned, reinstalled and checked to ensure it works properly.

What are the delivery times and conditions?


Our devices are carefully prepared and shipped from France.

Delivery is usually made within 2 to 3 working days* , with reinforced packaging to ensure safe receipt.

A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

Is there a guarantee ?

Yes. All our devices are sold with a 12-month warranty included* (extendable) so you can buy with complete peace of mind.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?


Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to return your device to us.

The product must be returned in its original condition and carefully packaged.

Once the return has been validated and verified, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
