What version of macOS is installed?
The latest version of macOS compatible with this model is installed and ready to use. You just need to create your Apple ID or log in with your own on first startup.
What is the difference from the i7 version?
This version is equipped with a 10th-generation Intel Core i5 processor (2.0 GHz, up to 3.8 GHz Turbo) — largely sufficient for office work, remote work, light creative tasks, and development. The i7 version (up to 4.1 GHz Turbo) is preferable for demanding uses such as regular 4K video editing or heavy development.
What is the difference from the Silver version?
Only the color of the aluminum chassis. Performance, screen, keyboard, and connectivity are identical.
Is the battery reliable?
Yes. Each battery is tested before sale with a guaranteed capacity greater than 80%. In case of failure during the warranty period, the battery is covered by our after-sales service.
How many USB-C / Thunderbolt ports?
4 Thunderbolt 3 / USB-C ports (high-end 2020 model). You can connect 2 external 4K displays simultaneously and charge the computer on any port.
Is the MacBook compatible with Apple Intelligence?
